This page covers what happens to what you share on this website. It is run by Legit Design Studio. Questions or requests go to marketing@legitdesign.studio.

When you apply

The application forms ask for your name, your business, your email and your phone number, and on the main page, if you choose, your country. They also ask a few things about your calls and the plan you want.

We use these details only to arrange a 30-minute call with you, send your invoice and set Amariya up. We keep them in HubSpot, the system we use to manage customers. We don’t sell them or use them for advertising. If sending fails, the form offers to put your application in an email, which you send yourself.

You book the call in a Calendly calendar shown on this site, with your name and email already filled in. Calendly keeps the booking for us.

When you talk or chat with Amariya

Amariya runs on ElevenLabs. When you press talk, your browser asks for the microphone, and your voice goes to ElevenLabs to run the conversation. If you type instead, your messages go the same way. Nothing is sent until you start a conversation.

ElevenLabs keeps a record of conversations in our account, so we can see what visitors asked and improve her answers. If you give her your details to apply, they are handled as described above.

What your browser stores

• One small note, amariya_visited, so Amariya can greet you as a returning visitor. It stays in your browser and you can clear it at any time.
• A random ID, lds_vid, and one for the current visit, lds_sid, so our heatmaps can tell one visit from the next. They carry nothing about who you are, and you can clear them at any time.
• No cookies, and no advertising trackers.

How we measure the site

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies. It counts page views and a few steps, such as opening pricing, starting an application or starting a conversation, so we can see where the site could be clearer. It records no names, emails or phone numbers, and it doesn’t follow you to other sites.

We also use Legit Design Studio’s own heatmaps, which also work without cookies. They record where on a page people click and how far down they scroll, so we can see what gets missed. They record nothing you type, and they stay off if your browser asks sites not to track you.

• ElevenLabs runs the conversations with Amariya.
• HubSpot keeps your application and our notes about it.
• Calendly handles booking your call.
• jsDelivr delivers the ElevenLabs code and the 3D scene’s code to your browser.

Like any website, these services see your IP address when your browser contacts them.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email marketing@legitdesign.studio and we will reply within 30 days.
